Shocking and surprised how the USA takes the right to tell any country off about its ability to produce more than the USA feel is necessary. If China accepted this constraint, then am I to believe that the USA is the ruler of this world? And that it has every authority to determine whether other countries have the right to do as they feel?
The countries that have been victims of US hegemony need to wake up and collectively make the USA realize that it is not the ruler of this world. Countries like India have to sink its difference with China and group together to bring down the US hegemony. The USA is an extension of the UK, that believed in divide and rule. This is exactly what the USA is try to do to India. It is trying to create a bogus boogeyman in China in the hope India will fall into the trap.
