A historic summit in Riyadh brought together Arab and Islamic leaders who united in their condemnation of Israel’s actions in Gaza, labeling them as “genocide.”
The summit called for Israel’s expulsion from the United Nations and demanded an immediate halt to military operations in Gaza and Lebanon.
Leaders, including Saudi Crown Prince MBS, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, and Turkish President Erdogan, echoed calls for international action, including sanctions and a ceasefire. As the summit concluded, a reaffirmed commitment to a two-state solution emerged, while tensions escalated with calls for Israel’s military to be designated as a “terrorist organization.”
